Delivery Timeline

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Time: 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Note: For rural locations, allow up to 20 business days. Shipping rates subject to change.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

We will dispatch the order within one to two business days, EXCEPT your pre-order(s). Please make sure your address details are correct, as once the parcel is on its way, we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.

Order Tracking： 

1. You can track your order after an email confirmation has been sent to you. 

2. You can easily check the order via the online tracking page.

Normally if the orders have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed), your orders cannot be canceled.

Important Shipping Notes

1. Restricted Addresses: Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

2. Processing Buffer: Shipping estimates do not include the initial 1–2 day processing period.

3. Potential Delays: Deliveries may exceed the estimated timeframe due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen external factors.

4. Oversized Item Surcharge: Due to their size and specialized handling requirements, larger essentials (such as Baby Playpens) incur an additional shipping fee of $19.99 per order. This ensures your items are handled with the necessary care to arrive in perfect condition.
